Now it’s time to think about a successful tomorrow. Tomorrow, that’s on the one hand the December, the time of wonderful Christmas parties with traditional menus with goose, game or fish. For these our restaurant Fischers Fritz has delicious offers. For New Year’s Eve it’s getting festive here with us. In the noble renovated mirror room and in the restaurant of the traditional house Birke-Waldesruh you can celebrate with groups of 10 to 120 people, and this in a stylish, Northern German ambience. There are still some places free for our popular New Year’s Eve gala. In the nice decorated rooms artists of the Kiel opera ensemble under the direction of pianist and conductor Michael Nündel present a musical potpourri of operetta, chanson and musical. In addition you’ll get a welcome cocktail, a delicious speciality 5-course menu and a snack at midnight for EUR 115.00 per person.
Tomorrow, that is also the year 2010. Objectives have to be arranged, budgets finalized, conceptions have to be worked out. You’re doing this best in a the right atmosphere and in a professional surrounding. That means: in the “awarded” Ringhotel Birke. After all, we have again been awarded as one of the 3 best conference hotels in Northern Germany and with this we are the No 1 in Schleswig-Holstein! In our 350 sqm Birke Business Center with six bright conference rooms and many space and ideas for creative breaks we offer you the latest technics and a very personal support. We provide personal secretaries on request and organise exciting incentives and social programs. Also a competent moderator for the arrangement of an objective can be booked through us. Our events in November:
01.11. from 2:00 pm: Slow-Food cookery course on the subject "Mushrooms and more". The producer of mushrooms Fabian Kummer from Salzau will present a choice of his fine and delicious bio-mushrooms and our head chef Pierre Binder will prepare a special menu together with the participants.
07.11. from 7:00 pm: Wine & Dine No. 23 This time winegrower Christoph Ruck from the vineyard Schloss Lehrensteinsfeld is coming. His Spaetburgunder is said to be the most elegant Spaetburgunder in Germany. Stuart Pigott describes this wines as “stars on the sky of wines in Wurttemberg”! He will present us six of them, Gabriele Schnura from the wine store in Kiel completes this selection with six international ones. In addition you’ll be served a noble feinheimisch 6-course menu. You can order your tickets at a price of EUR 79.00 per person under 0049 (0)431-5331-444.
11.11. from 6:00 pm: Goose - really delicious! Our traditional meal on Martinmas. Whole geese from Bokel are going to be in the oven when head chef Pierre Binder and his team are cooking and the geese are carved at the table. In addition red cabbage and dumplings are classically served. If you’re ordering a whole goose a part of the proceeds we donate to the Stiftung Kinderherz Germany.
