Service
Our service team likes to take care for our guests, especially to present the freshly caught fish. They are interested in the origin of our regional products.
Building Services
It is very important to the team members of our building services that all technical devices always are in an unobjectionable condition. Their ambition is to keep our inventory always in a * * * * + condition.
Chamberpersons
Our chamberpersons very carefully pay attention to keep the comfortable guest rooms always in an unobjectionable, clean condition - like at home.
Reception
Each member of our reception team likes the contact to our discerning guests and at the same time enjoys to find out their wishes and liking and to fulfil these accordingly.
SPA-Trainees
Trainees with us at "Birke". Among others they are jointly responsible for the support of our SPA-guests and want to give our guests looking for relaxation a nice time.
Musician
Our musician is with us in our team for many years and always is being very helpful to guests and colleagues. He likes it to get our guests indulged with his accordion and Northern German songs. As born-and-bred "Kieler Sprotte" he knows every corner of the state capital and safely brings our guests to their desired destination in Kiel with the "Birke"-shuttle.
