Enjoy here our Northern German cuisine, with specialities that partly are not known even by name in the South.

Dessert Our guests can look into the kitchen, as the eyes already take part in eating during cooking – show cooking would be the English term. Our meals are freshly prepared for you daily from seasonal products out of the region. The ambition of the cuisine team is to present the ultimate taste experience of Schleswig-Holstein to our guests.

Core competence is the freshly caught fish, that we provide daily from cutters or the Holstein lakes. And of course fresh dyke meadow lamb and game from local hunt. Flavourful harmonised with fresh herbs from our garden.

Our specialities are accompanied by a fresh draft Pils or a delicious German wine out of our well-assorted cellar – in case you like, as a matter of course, also an international quality wine.

One important reason why our guests like to remember us, is our breakfast buffet in the "Northern German way". With scrambled eggs, pancakes and waffles. Various fishes – in case you would like to give it a try. Or with a wide range of cerials and fresh varieties of breads and broetchen. And juices from apples, cherries, currants and oranges.
